They do not care. I placed an order for over $500.00 and it never arrived. That was three weeks ago. When I spoke to William today I asked if I could order it again. He was disinterested in helping me. I persisted and argued with him and finally he placed the order with sardonic and passive aggressive responses..
I have placed an order, which appears to be sitting RESERVED AND READY FOR SHIPPING somewhere? I tried calling customer service, was on hold 40 minutes, only to be told by the Representative, All He Could Do Was To Place Orders! I have been reaching out through Customer Service by Email, no one responds other then with, "We Received Your Email"
They had no problem taking the order, but who knows what happens after that? DONT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE MISERY, NOT WORTH IT.

GH knows they have problems with merchandise and shipping and continues to ignore the problem. When purchasing an item the site said the item would be shipped on June 16. However, after paying etc, the confirmation said it would not even ship until July 8! Speaking to customer service confirmed this is a recurring issue they choose to ignore. In this day and age, transparency and the willingness to work with customers should be a foundational pillar for a company. Not here! Give us your money and we don't care if you are satisfied.
I have used GH many times but will most likely not use again. Using their shipping labels i returned a dress x2 for sizing reasons. I didnt get a tracking number. After 6 weeks of waiting for a refund ive been told it just never arrived. I suggested since it was same dress twice returned that maybe it was processed as one, even though it was 2 weeks apart. No refund. No apparent concern on their part. Basically told that i am out of luck and out $100. Won't make this mistake again!
I was about place my first an over 1000 $ order and wasn't sure should I trust the company I never work with so It took a couple weeks for me to make a decision. First I was trying to get discount 30% off if you will invite a friend and found out that your friend should spent over100$ and then you will get discount, then I was trying to get 15%off if you will sign up for newsletters which I did with none result again, a birthday deal didn't work either, and then here I am calling to Customer service and first representative hanging on me after 1 minute. And then I am searching "Garnet hill" reviews. All my situation and reading bad reviews after that gave me realization that I never would buy anything from GH. I love stuff on website but hate their customer service and tricky games with "discounts".
Come on! Expect some delays in shipping due to Covid-this isn't Amazon. This is a high-end store with high-end merchandise. I ordered a cashmere sweater, received within 10 days and love it!
To most of the negative reviewers, order your merchandise from the low-quality, made in China merchandise sold on Amazon. Oh, that's right-Amazon is shutting some of those down...
This company is a disgrace! I ordered one very light summer blouse and they charged me $17.95 to ship it. When I received it I was very disappointed. To add insult to injury they charge $6.95 to return the 2oz shirt. I will NEVER order from them again. Garnet Hill is a huge RIP OFF
I’ve shopped at GH for many years and have always been completely satisfied with the outstanding quality of everything I’ve purchased. Recently, I contacted customer service regarding my order and was extremely satisfied with their immediate response. LOVE your Sale if the Day!
Nice looking stuff but that's just to lure you in... liars are selling out of stock goods then putting authorized holds on credit cards so you can't cancel order despite no shipping estimates after 2 weeks of purchase (items were advertised as in stock) Beware of these hucksters. They don't have my order in stock they can't tell me when it will be in for shipping and when I cancel my order they won't give me a cancellation number they just give me a person's name because they say that they don't use cancellation numbers I have been trying for 12 days now to cancel a $350 order of bedding that they have charged me 4 and have yet to ship Despite their Website saying they do not charge your card until they ship. What day do do is place a hold authorization on your card for the full amount of the order So that they can still ship pieces of the order in drips and drabs after 30 days. Customer service can tell me nothing about my order they can only take orders. Customer service can't give me an estimated shipping date despite product being listed as in stock on the catalogue. All communications with representatives only yield 1st names so when you call back To tell them about a cancellation and say Kristen cancelled the order, you are Politely told there is no Christian that works there By that name. Is it any wonder Set they have 1.2 star Google review and a failing rating with the Better Business Bureau... All my emails requesting cancellations go unanswered As do any queries as to when the product will be in stock
Some of these reviews on here are laughable. The quality of their clothing, percale etc... is slightly above average but you PAY for it too!$$$$$. $39 for a cotton T-shirt; $99 for a shift dress; $79 for pajamas! Sorry but there isn't anything unique about their products. Their cashmere isn't even high quality or the ply it should be for the prices they charge. Takes forever to get your order and the last two orders I did with them they screwed up! Really 23 days to receive a crummy T-shirt that isn't any better than a $10 one from Target! Sent the stuff back been waiting 47 days now for my money back. They are owned by the same company as Home Shopping Network. Beware and don't listen to the 5 star reviews they paid people to put on here. NOT true
The last time I contacted customer service regarding my order the representative was rude and condescending. Also I recently questioned them as to why when I receive a catalog, my version does not have a coupon code and free shipping which my husband’s catalog always has. No good answer from them. They ignored it. It’s either gender or racial bias (we have different last names and mine is ethnic). Will never order from Garnet Hill again and neither will husband.I’ll be spreading the word...
I have experienced this several times with Garnet Hill... you make a purchase but have to return it. Even if you return it to UPS that very day, you won't see your money credited back for at least 2 to 3 weeks, nor will you be notified of the status of the order. It cannot be found on the website. Also, their shipping is too high, especially for returns unless it is an exchange. I'm going to avoid dealing with Garner Hill from now on.

What a nightmare. Has to be the most condescending rep I’ve ever spoken too. At 61 year old, I’ve spoke to quite a few. To quote another review, “never again.”
Never again. This place used to be a go-to for me but it appears the bottom has fallen out. I will not shop here again, despite liking some of the bedding and merchandise. I predict they will fold soon.
